Each client’s appointment is important to me. I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge at your next appointment.
I want to make sure that all my clients have the opportunity to receive services. I understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so I allow for a 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text me so that I can adjust my schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the potential of rescheduling might be necessary.
I strive to give you the best service, if you are unsatistified please contact me within 5 days to schedule an adjustment.

I'll be out of the salon while traveling from May 4 to June 3, 2025. If you're having trouble finding an appointment, feel free to join the waitlist-I'll do my best to accommodate when I return.
